Diyanu.com has a Returns & Exchanges Policy. After completion of a return in the portal, a return slip and shipping label will be sent to the email address on the order. Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return unworn/unwashed items. Please note that swimwear is nonreturnable. Clearance Items may only be returned for an exchange or store credit. A refund is not permitted. Also, shipping costs are not refunded. All returns sent to the address without filling out the return portal will automatically be issued store credit.
